It’s a good, potent product. I feel my hair and joints have become better after regular usage. It’s also pocket friendly. The only drawback I found was the fishy burps on initial days of consumption, though they have significantly reduced with time and regular usage.
I recommend having it with your breakfast without a gap.
Avoid dairy with it.
All in a good product.

earlier bottle of different brand but same potency i had to discontinue as that crates some skin rashes and eruptions. then i was recommended this one that is doing fine and suiting my body well. for me it is a regular source of energy. i am taking one softgel regularly along with my lunch.

Best product. EPA and DHA total is 1000 mg as per label. Some products gives 1250 mg total Omega out of which only 800 mg is DHA and EPA. Remaining omega is mentioned as others which is likely to be less effective omega, i.e. ALA.

I usually avoid Indian supplement companies but took a chance with this due to the high number of positive reviews of Naturyz products and I’m glad I did!
These are really comparable to imported fish oil capsules in terms of quality and they digest really quickly within an hour. Only area it lags behind is the strong after taste although the label specifically mentions no fishy aftertaste. It’s not a major issue for me though. Considering the price and high dosage in each capsule it’s a value for money product.

A good product, omega 3 is not common to consume, helped me a lot to reduce my lathargy and helped remove body pain, I am just using it to balance my diet and I can feel the change. Recommended to people above 50.

I had head in in 2016. I was gone in COMA for 38 days. Some one preferred me to use it for releaf mental health. I used it and after I finished my masters and P.Hd. I think Fish oil helped me recover. So my suggestion is use it daily for 6 months. After 1 month its give a cure to your mind.

I only wish the capsule size were a bit smaller. However, it felt justifiable as each capsule contains 1,400 mg of fish oil. Not everyone will be comfortable with the size. Also, the capsules did give a fish smell burping at times but it was manageable and not vomit inducing.

I waited 40-50 days to write a review here so that I can feel its actual effect on me and this is really good. Specially for my brain.
I have been experiencing hair loss also from quite some time and it had reduced not greatly but subtly. Although I have been doing many more things for my hair so I really don’t know which is working or which is not. So I don’t want to comment that this product has helped me in hair loss too but surely it has helped my overall body and my state of mind.
Also, don’t use this product after 90 days. Take a rest for 15-20 days and the continue taking this. This process is highly recommended.
