Dont listen to anybody who says this is a bad product or it has no effect . To me its a super relieft my cold has stopped since 2 weeks now and if you overtake more than once a day its gonna make things worse for you like kidney stones and loss of eysight . So just take once a day or breaking it into half is just fine . Super dose and super supplement . Dont think just go for it.

This Vitamin C supplement contains natural extracts from Amla and citrus fruits that are absorbed properly.
