I had ordered a pack of 3 masks for my little one just over a month back. Din’t open the pack earlier as the washable masks being used were still fine at that time. Opened the pack yesterday to find the strings not connected the regular way: left & right side each. But the top left connected to top right & bottom left to bottom right. Its like some disposable adult N95 masks available in the market. Not at all suitable for young children of 4 to 8 years old. All the 3 masks are a waste for me now…. very disappointed by not receiving the masks as shown in the pic on your web site.
I trusted you to have sent exactly the same product therefore did not check as soon as the product arrived…. my mistake i guess….
